Advice needed

I have been getting a bit of general toothache in teeth in the molar area of my bottom right jaw. My general dental health is excellent and I last went to the dentist about 4 months ago - all was fine. So I am wondering why...I had to have teeth taken out because I was overcrowded when I was younger and still have some wisdom teeth that have not come through. I feel like there is some sort of pressure on my other teeth. I am worried and I am going to book a dental appointment, but can anyone give me any insight on this. I thought wisdom teeth came through about age 21, not forty something.
