@Hireath It doesn't need processed sugars; you can get all the sugar you need from fruits, and you can, if not diabetic, use honey and other natural sugars. However, most chocolate bars contain either processed white sugar or corn syrup.
Some chocolate uses stevia, a better choice, and dark is best.
A little sugar for many people will not cause catastrophic problems, but for diabetic 2 it is very important to limit sugar.
Some people eat no refined sugars at all, and their body does fine without it.

Yes, I read that dark chocolate is the healthier choice. It has flavanols and antioxidants.

@Hireath oh ,okay 😂 I do know people who really think you have to eat refined sugar... I don't know where they got that idea
