My ears are healthy, but if I was too use hearing aids, would they give me like super hearing?

Yes . You could hear things that were quieter and/or further away and I'd like to think that there is a maximum level that feeds through to the ear. Modern hearing aids can be adjusted so that only the frequencies you are deaf at are amplified so why not have a maximum level too.
