I'm 30 years old and I've started seeing this girl I really like. The only catch is, she wants me to get circumsized because she much prefers the look of an exposed head. I've started keeping the foreskin permanently pulled back for her but she wants it gone. What should I do?

Circumcision is irreversible – once cut off, your penis head will remain fully exposed for the rest of your days. What if your next girl prefers "natural" men because she likes playing with a man's foreskin? ==> You shouldn't make your decision dependent on the preferences of one single girl. If you like to be permanently exposed, get rid of it. And the girl is right, keeping it pulled back permanently is just not the same.
