Full circumcision

I was given a very thorough circumcision by a rabbi that my mum insisted on and arranged. I am grateful she got me circumcised but when she showed me recently her authorisation signature, it stated, all foreskin and frenulum to be obliterated.
I thought the wording was fantastic and very relevant as she got me circumcised very tightly . .A women's work and wishes are wonderful...thank you mum. . Comments please
