happy birthday / fast quiz
1) can you sit on on the floor and touch your toes without bending your knees?
2) Can you do 25 pushups in a row , plank for 60 seconds or do 100 situps without wishing you would die before the exercise is done?
3) Can you clasp your own hands behind your back ? (can cheat and have elbows bent)
4) Do you still think life is fun?
I don't think 40 is old but honestly some people age faster than others. Some of it is genetics and some of it is their own attitude --happy birthday
