Listen To Your Body

My body forced me to sit still to have me listening to more details inside of me….even secrets. It also wants lots of water.
So, everyone, someone of us have to lay off the plans and not be mad at our bodies just because it’s begging so much. Surely it’s good to get some sun, but……some bodies feel comfy and safe indoor.
