I am on a Health Kick!

I am taking care of my temple that God gave me! I am just a beginner though, as I am obese weighing in at approximately 227lbs at 5'4 and I have lived a very sedentary lifestyle for years and am on antipsychotic medications known for contributing to obesity! And being 45 years old in perimenopause while all of my hormones are holding onto those fat cells!! Plus I am lazy!! Anywhooo!!!! I have always eaten well 3 course meals but now I'm eating wayyy more fruit and veggies from the garden multiple times a day and all kinds of fruits and veggies a day and proteins such as hard boiled eggs or salmon or steak just what I know to be healthy God given foods, not so much processed foods and I'm loving it!!!! I have also recently started to use my elliptical that I had bought for only a mere $40 off of Facebook marketplace! Best $40 buck's I've ever spent cause I've been on it just about every day for about a month going on two!!! Now don't think for a minute that I can do the whole 30 minute sessions a day like you can! Noooooo I am much more out of shape than that! In fact my exercise windows don't even reflect on any calories burned or any fat melted off just yet! I am simply just training my heart and lungs to do their thing and just getting my muscles warmed up! Soooo I can only do two minutes 2-3 times a day!! Yeah I know 6 minutes a day is nothing!!!! It doesn't even register on the scale!!! No I know! I know! We are just warming up! Just getting used to the motion, and trust me I'm out of breath and breathing heavy and my heart is pounding after a mere 2 minutes!!! So bare with me!! Of course my goal is to increase my time, stamina, and endurance each month until I reach the sweet spot which my goal is to be at 20 minutes a day in February of 2027!!! That gives me February, March, April, and the beginning of May until our sons wedding day!! And no I don't believe I will be 125lbs and shredded, I don't know what I will look like by then! I'm just hoping to look better than I do now! I just want to look good in a dress for the wedding!!! Here's to hoping, here's to determination! And here's to our sons wedding!!!! Everybody wins!!!

Good stay on that it'll make all the difference. I remember being in the hospital from a car wreck. The nurse checked my heart with a stethoscope and said that's some heart you've got there. I didn't know that but it was the best compliment iv had maybe ever. I worked hard riding my bike up hills and over the roads in Death Valley during the winter. It was good to see all those hours add up.
