I know I'm not dehydrated, I drink like 3 liters of water a day. I drank way too much of that electrolyte mix though

@caPnAhab Exercising in my case. Last time it happened it was after swimming. The time before, after trekking in the mountains

@Musicman I had a frozen water bottle. That really helped
