If you're diabetic either one or two and see an endocardialist do you ever think they're trying to kill you?

My endocrinologist insist I take medication even when I'm telling her it is lowering my sugar into the 60's several hours before the next meal.
The medicine culprit in this case was glipizide and yes ,I did need it for a while.
But, now combined with the other medication I take it is lowering my sugars too low and she can't seem to get this through her head.
I sent a message to the office today ,which I doubt I'll get a reply to, because she doesn't reply to my messages usually, that I am not going to take that medication any longer.
She never asked me any questions she just issues these orders without any explanation.
So, I asked it again do you ever think your Endro is trying to kill you?
Because I'm beginning to wonder.
