But everyone’s journey to a new, healthier life is a different experience. Some find inner strength to establish and sustain a healthy lifestyle. Many are scared into it by a medical crises. Some never get to a healthy lifestyle and are happy, many are not.
Very few maintain a healthy lifestyle their entire tile on earth. Bravo to them.
