take magnesium it will relief you

Cheating? Good grief! How do you take Advil?
Mindful · 56-60, F
@Mamapolo2016 hahaha ...I know it sounds odd... it's just that when I was younger I certainly didn't need to take Advil after excercising... and there's a saying... no pain no gain. Pain I's a scientific repair signal to repairing muscle thing... I could be tricking my body into not needing to repair some muscle ... but with this much ache I'm taking that risk... that at least half the signals are getting thru
Justmeraeagain · 56-60, F
I don't think you're cheating but we got to be careful as we age.
Mindful · 56-60, F
@Justmeraeagain thank you. Yes we do have to be careful as we age!!!!
SweetMae · 70-79, F
I am allergic. I take a warm epsom salt bath. It really helps.
HikingMan · 51-55, M
No.
Water and bananas aren’t for everybody.

Stretch.
Me exercising…

Nah that don’t sound like me 🤔
BlueVeins · 26-30
May as well just type /gamemode 1 in the console at that point
FreestyleArt · 36-40, M
I just let the pain run. It's just temporary
Munumbis · 46-50, M
No I've never needed anything.
Mindful · 56-60, F
@Munumbis that's great. When I was younger I didn't need anything, that's why it feels wrong....I'm older now but also out of shape --trying to work on it. Hopefully your doing it right and keeping up with your excercise

Thats probably not good to do.
Mindful · 56-60, F
@class yeah that's what my gut says
Ontheroad · M
Not on any regular basis. Once, sure and it should help, but the recommendation is a Tylenol (not an NSAID)
Ontheroad · M
Side note on Advil (all NSAIDs). After the age of about 50 they are not advised on any regular basis.

Kidneys as we grow older are less and less able to do their job and can easily be damaged by repeated use of NSAID medications.
Mindful · 56-60, F
@Ontheroad thank you for that info
Ontheroad · M
@Mindful also phosphorus, sodium and potassium intake is important for kidney health as we grow older.

Limit all of them to the recommended daily amount.

I learned all if this after going through cancer treatments and surgeries for the cancer.

Whatever you need to do, do it! Don't worry about "cheating"
