Why do I owe my true love? He had sent millions just to restore my health!

Am I not lucky? He gave a lot just to restore my health! The experience about my cancer was not known to some. I was ashamed because I have failed to care for my body! I had silent chemo sessions month after months.
Yet my true love never left me! He was always there to comfort me! He was the inspiration for my healing!🥲
