Okay guys… I have been keeping a secret…

Almost 3 weeks ago I found out I’m pregnant again.. I went for an ultrasound yesterday and saw a tiny flutter of a heartbeat 🥹 although without any questions on my part the ultrasound tech brought up the possibility of identical twins and explained the different kind of twins to me.. she didn’t say definitely if she saw a twin or not but told me to come back next week to get a better look.. I’m telling now because I’m wondering why she would do that if she didn’t see a twin? I’m thinking she saw a twin and just isn’t 100% sure yet..

Mind you.. the same tech has scanned me for multiple pregnancies and has never said anything like that before..

She didn’t even give me a picture 😥 she said she will give pictures next week after a better look but this week is going to go so slow lol
