TW: mention of eating disorder

I really wish I never struggled with an eating disorder (the one that starts with an A) because my doctor wants me to track and write down everything I eat and it’s so triggering for me…. She wants me to stay under 30g of carbs per meal and at the same time hit the right amount of protein and fat and it’s stressing me out so bad.. I’ve worked hard to stop restricting and it just feels like my progress is going away.. I don’t eat any animal byproducts so a lot of what I get protein and fat from it’s too high in carbs to be able to have now..


Anyways I’ll stop ranting now I just needed a minute to get it out

Nuts & seeds are your friend. They have both protein and healthy fats, low to no carbs and no animal byproduct.
