Ugh my lower back has been so achy yesterday and today nothing seems to be helping

I also got a really sharp pain on my left lower side of my stomach when I sat down 😐 maybe a cyst on my ovary or something I don’t know

Last time my lower back was this achy I was actually pregnant lol but I’m trying to keep my mind off that because I don’t know if I can emotionally handle that thought at the moment
