The hospitals find it cheaper to dump the CNA involved...if anything occurs unplanned....and it would be consided a sin to discover a pot smoking CNA involved in any kind of job site...trouble. God forbid and all his little fishes...
...Over maybe prescreening for severe heart disease, diabetes or asthma in its candidates. Then if something happened the hospital would then be confronted with its own bloody...GREED. Hospital might be forced to settle in case of bad luck. No heart trouble here occifer...
Cant fire a heart patient who fell ill on the job, maybe be obliged to show the sorry employee some actual...concern?
So they bar incoming students for smoking a joint 3 weekends ago and dont screen for any medical condition that could actually compromise someones ability to function on the job, let alone grossly overweight conditions.....just the pot. Even in med legal states.
