I have an appointment for my autoimmune stuff today.. I don’t want to go my face is swollen today

The pharmacy refused to even give enough medication to last until my appointment and I ran out a week or so ago but my throat is sore which probably means my thyroid is swollen as well 🫪 at least I’ll be able to get a new prescription
