Kill the alcohol.
Cut back on sugar and their substitutes.
Reduce carbs to a minimum. Focus on protein, good fats and vegetables.
Water is ok, but you need electrolytes too.
Workout a minimum of 3-4x/week. Push yourself. Start slowly and work up the pace over time.
Do Not Quit.
