I went for my qigong class today and again realized how good these stuff are

To be moving our bodies, to be going outside of our homes, to be meeting with other that work towards a similar direction... Despite the weather that wasn't optimal, my group of 5 students made it to come and today we did a very extraordinary training just outside a palace that is dated back at the 14th century.

Absolutely enjoyed it and we all did, but we cannot go there regularly as it is a public domain that people pass by, etc. But for today it served us really good.

So your friend is happy and in good health again and smiling. I got an omelet afterwards from a little cafe, which I enjoyed as I cannot cook at home, now I am feeling well, fed, exercised, worked, served others, and all is wonderful.
I also had a good night sleep. Qigong actually is helping with that, but in the beginning it can feel disturbing, as one needs a week or two for the energy distribution that happens to the body, to again find a rhythm.

cannot cook at home

Can a place really be called home if you can't cook there? For me it's one of the features that most makes a place a home.

@ninalanyon I will go on and search now but what comes to mind is Vestito, which relates to clothing.

@Boeing The Vestal Virgins were the priestesses of Vesta the goddess of the sacred hearth and its flame.

@ninalanyon oh yes it is as you say, Vesta is identified as Hestia in ancient Greece, and what I find interesting, she's often represented as the fire itself ! Of course it makes so much sense to me exploring nature, and living how I do, that the center of the home is the warmth. And that makes a house a home, the warmth.
She's considered to be of the purest deities.

I know of Ancient Greek mythology how Hestia used to be part of the 12-Gods and Goddesses group but gave her place to Dionysos the God of Wine and Fiesta, as she didn't want to create trouble, so pure she was. - Well I have some personal views on that but never mind me lol I mean , I'd rather her than Dionysus(Bacchus in Roman) in the Pantheon but the ancients decided otherwise - ...
