Do you have a chronic illness? If so what?

@JustNik I don't have hypothyroidism, but I've dealt with depression and anxiety all my life, from the time I was a little kid. I'm on medication for both. But, like you, I don't always take the medications. (Well, I do the Wellbutrin. I need to stay on schedule with that one. But not the benzos or the pregabalin, which can help with anxiety.)

@PhoenixPhail i take wellbutrin too. 🙂Everything else just made me feel yuck. It’s good you don’t take the benzos any more than necessary but it’s my understanding pregabalin is unlikely to do much of anything unless used regularly? Does it actually help you like that?

@JustNik Yes. The pregabalin helps a bit with anxiety and with my itching problem (of unknown origin). It works within a couple of hours. I take it very seldom. Maybe once every few weeks. I would guess any med would have varying effects on different people. I feel lucky it works the way it does for me.
