does anyone else here live with physical health conditions

i just want to know i'm not alone, this is why i'm asking, i din't wanna sound weak or not ' man enough' but i'm in my late 40s now, live alone and the only support i have is my elderly mother who lives far away....and i live with and manage long term health conditions...and sometimes i feel quite alone in it...like i'm out in deep space, in a cold dark empty void all by myself, very isolating.

so just want to know i'm not alone really??

Your situation is quiet common in today's world, especially in America.

If you have any assets you may want to ensure that your will is current, even if you leave your stuff to your neighbor. You should also write your own obituary and pre-pay for your funeral or cremation. And it's a good idea to have a list of people to contact when you die.
