Cataract surgery

About a month ago, I asked if anyone here had cataract surgery, as I was about to have it myself. Aside from getting nauseous from the anesthesia, it went smoothly. The thing about cataract surgery is, if you ever have to have it (and I had no choice because I couldn't see out of my left eye anymore), you will be amazed at how well you can see afterwards. I started wearing glasses my first year in high school, and now it's so surreal to have 20/20 vision without glasses.

You, sir, are sooo right!

I had that done too about 4 yrs ago and yes wow what a Godsend it was!

20/20 vision in both eyes now whereas before I couldn’t drive at night because my eyesight had deteriorated so badly ( I was about 70 then).

Since then, I have encouraged several of my fellow, elderly friends to get this surgery and all of been a shinhg success!

Bravo for you !

I've had mine done also, no problems, not painful, quick and easy and excellent results!

Thanks for the positive reinforcement. I have one I was phobic about having done in the new year..😷
Yes! My color vision jumped up dramatically after my surgery!

I was living in a beautiful, full color world again !

:)
Did you also notice colors no longer yellowed?
