@OldBrit I'm sure it will return, but now I know how to do the maneuver better so hopefully, this is the only time I need the therapy.

@FoxyGoddess mine is due to menieres disease which means Epley can actually make it worse unfortunately.

I do have a raft of exercises a neuro-physiotherapist gave me I use daily to try to reset the old brain, ear, eye connectivity. Generally it works well but sometimes.... 😵‍💫

@OldBrit That's terrible. I'm sorry you deal with that. Vertigo is the worst.
