I've been feeling a lot of anxiety the last few days, I think because my heart palpitations are back and what's going on at home mostly.

Logically I know there is nothing wrong with my heart, they did a full battery of testing and my heart is fine. I know the doctor said that it could take some trial and error before we get my medication right but emotionally I still feel a lot of anxiety when my heart starts palpitating it feels like something really wrong is happening in there. I try to tell myself it's okay, but the anxiety is winning over logic right now. All I can do is give my Dr a call Monday and see about changing my dosage and just push through this. I am trying to distract myself from my thoughts the best I can in the meantime. I know I'll get back to feeling less anxious soon, it's temporary. That's what I am telling myself.

As someone who has had cardiac problems, I know exactly how you feel. I was very scared, both before and after my surgery, and it was only until I was checked out that I started to calm down. If you ever want to talk to somebody who's gone through heart problems and the anxiety associated with it, I am here. I got your back.
