Perhaps a mild case of hypoglycemia if you are not eating much during that time, and possibly dehydration as well. Also, if you are lying down a lot and suddenly jump up with all the intensive activities going on in your uterus and body, orthostatic hypotension is normal too. The best thing I ever did was have my uterus removed...before it killed me.

@MommaBear I noticed one little spot of blood on my panties. I told my doc ( next door neighbor) and she got me in for a smear. It was bad. A scan with contrast showed the cancer was a little spot in my Uterus. The next day my friend took me to the best gynecologist surgeon she has ever seen ( and she's the head of trauma at our local hospital ). She was a small oriental woman with the personality of a shoe. But she was brilliant.
The surgery took a couple of hours and I was in recovery for a day. It was done laparoscopically. She also took 200 tissue samples ( biopsies ) with mapping. It was carcinoma in situ and would have been a disaster had it spread.
Thus far all subsequent PET scans have been clear.

@TexChik It seems most brilliant people have the personality of a shoe. I guess there are tradeoffs.

When it comes to Surgeons and Law School Professors...I agree.
How are you?

@TexChik I'm good. My wife used to work for a doctor, a pathologist, and I tried taking to him once, I would rather talk to the shoe.
