Is it normal to sometimes wake up dizzy when you’re on your monthly?

I’m on day 3.. I woke up and stood up and almost fell over so I had to lay back down 😅

@MommaBear when i was a kid i fainted once at a flea market because i haven't eaten all day but they gave me an icy and an elephant ear and i was fine
