A trip to the doctor.

I went to the doctor four months ago and I weighed in somewhere between 270 and 275 pounds.
I went back two months ago and weighed on
at 258. Today I weighed in at 255.

@Trav2024 my only means of transportation right now is the city bus, and it's a half mile walk to the bus stop. So evertime I go into town, by the end of the day, I will have walkex about a mile total.
