Been having bad leg cramps and weakness in my legs.

Did a little searching online and it suggested that low potassium, magnesium, calcium, and/or zinc can do that. I had been prescribed some horse tablets of potassium a year or two ago after an annual blood test. Suckers are hard to take so i just figured I'd eat more bananas. Took the pills last night and this morning the pain was less and infelt stronger. I took them again today. The potassium i took twice as that was what was on the bottle. I had walked through costco and parked a ways away but my legs still seem ok. This had been going on for a long time. I guess I'm lucky things didn’t get worse.

I have the same symptoms. But I have a pinched nerve in my lower back. S4. S5. L1

And the pinched nerve impacts everything from my left knee to my toes. It feels like it is always asleep doing leg exercises at the gym has helped some but I will never be a hundred percent. see a doctor supplements do not help. I take GABAPENTIN and Podiapin and that helps some but I am still not much better see a doctor. Don’t wait. Dead nerves do not grow back

Yeah... take your meds - as prescribed by your doctor.

Cut back to the prescribed amount and let your body sort out the rest... overdosing doesn't help you in the long run.

I was taking a crap ton of B12, back when I still cared about myself, and I had to keep going on it then coming off it because the amount I was taking was giving me side effects.

It's not worth putting yourself through it at all if you're just going to pass it out of the other end as fast as it goes in...

@Tastyfrzz Make sure that you are monitored, too... I haven't been checked since the Covid19 pandemic and I found out that I should likely be on the injection as opposed to pills.
