Health goals. Accountability buddy anyone?

I attacked some chocolate every evening once the kids werw in bed. And I can *already* feels and see the effects on my thighs and belly - I was doing so well lol! How do truly healthy people do it - all the time.

And to achieve academically. I'd thrive on being your accountabilabuddy. I also need to lose a little bit more weight, too
