Do you take a at least 20 mins of walk everyday?

According to health experts a twenty minute walk every day is highly benificial to our heart. How many minutes of walk?What do you take every day? Or few days a week?

I have never actually measured the distance from my recliner and/or bed to the refrigerator, but I am certain my daily travels to and fro would come close to this time recommendation.
More importantly, I commit to this regimen every day and refuse to cut corners.
Dedication and commitment are the keys to success!
