what ailments do you live with

i manage diabetes type 2 and may have to have medicine to lower my blood pressure.

anyone else have ailments or health issues you manage?

None, i stay away from doctors and try and eat food that’s not full of poison lol

@Achelois Here they are £12 a time. The Tapas bar is £35 before drinks.

When I’m in Spain, in the local bars I get two Tapas, two glasses of wine, and a coffee for 7 euros.

Yeah they are expensive, I don’t go out much so I don’t mind.
