You can have it surgically removed, but I doubt it's that bad for you because you weren't really that big I think? Loosened skin actually happens with age either way, you just have more if you also was overweight at some point. Women who gave birth all have loose skin on their bellies too, but I have never found that unattractive. We shouldn't treat our bodies like they are for show, but like a part of us that we care for and love just as much as we care for and love the rest of us, and those little things like loose skin, stretch marks and scars, deserve love and appreciation too. 🩷 🌷

@Saage I just noticed I still have a muffin top despite losing a lot of weight and I'm not sure if it's loose skin or something else.

@Saage Like when a guy puts on pants with no shirt and you can see his belly and sides hanging over the belt line like a muffin lol
