Arthritis pain

Has anyone had a severe arthritis flare up come out of nowhere? Two months ago I woke up and couldn’t walk. I’ve been to the doctor, had cortisone shots, physical therapy and some prescription meds that didn’t do anything. It wasn’t a narcotic. I asked for something stronger and was told no. Is this my new “normal”? Any tips or suggestions would be most appreciated. I’m 69.

I’ve been dealing with that for years. Already had one full knee replacement. Here are a couple tips that have worked for me.

Change your diet to avoid inflammatory foods. Look into Turmeric with black pepper and ginger. You’ll be surprised at the results. Take a daily omega 3 supplement (fish oil). Ratchet up your exercise routine. Try Pilates to increase your core strength and flexibility. Increase your hydration.

Last but not least, put da lime in da coconut and call me in the morning 🎶

@carpediem thanks for all the tips! What are the amounts of turmeric, black pepper and ginger. How do I take it, in water, or as a tea and how often?

@Mbingh01 I take one from Fine Vine Organics that I buy on Amazon. Two capsules per day. It has the 3 items I mentioned already set. Good luck
