Do middle eastern doctors/dentists see black patients with the same care and respect as other patients?

I have been to arab dentists and doctors - I have never been satisfied that I was treated well by them. The level of respect is different. The worst experiences that I had was with arab dentists. Just had one blow me off with a 2-3 minute office visit after waiting almost an hour after my appointment time.I am begining to think it is not a coincidence.
I read a study that says doctors do not think blacks feel pain the way that other people feel pain and this impacts how they treat them. I did not believe this study but I think it is true with most middle eastern doctors. It makes me sad and angry at the same time.
