how can you lower blood pressure

my blood pressure has been on the high side twice now when tested by two different nurses...i have to go to my pharmacy this monday to get a 24hr blood pressure monitor on....i try to swim when i can at the local gymnasium...but its hard to go out because my anxiety is high in public.

what ways can i get my blood pressure back down? has anyone else ever had high blood pressure?

there's a few of my family members who have had it at one time in their lives...id like to hear your thoughts.

I’ve had high blood pressure, and the cure for me was shedding stress by retiring. I realize that’s not an option for everyone so aside from that, you can lower your sodium intake, because excessive sodium can lead to hypertension. Regular physical activity can help, and it doesn’t have to be super strenuous. Just take walks in the morning or evening. If you’ve got a dog, you’ve got a walking buddy. Your best bet is to have a conversation with your physician and possibly start medication to help manage it.

That’s not true, doctors need to keep you sick, Celtic sea salt has 92 minerals your body needs to function.
