Have you ever been to a doctor to complain about you feeling unfit and lazy over years and ask your doctor for a natural remedy?

And Doctor simply "PRESCRIBES" you

1) 5 miles walk Daily
2) High nutrient food
3) 10 minutes breathing exercise
4) 15 minutes Cardio
6) Sleep not after 9 PM
7) Wake up early before sunrise
8) No supper later than 5 PM
9) No binging on food
10) No weekend disturbances in schedule

Now obviously you won't follow it all. I know that for sure. But since you asked. So, You go to Doctor after a month and ask him to give you some "MEDICINE"



Are you with me so far? Now re number those prescriptions. Those "prescriptions" are the 10 commandments

And The medicine is Jesus Christ.

@DanielsASJ This message is so important that it deserves it's full name to be used - mostly because there are still doctors out there who are trying to treat this condition using out of date information.


As far as "baby steps" go, that's about all I will ever manage now.
