And Doctor simply "PRESCRIBES" you

1) 5 miles walk Daily
2) High nutrient food
3) 10 minutes breathing exercise
4) 15 minutes Cardio
6) Sleep not after 9 PM
7) Wake up early before sunrise
8) No supper later than 5 PM
9) No binging on food
10) No weekend disturbances in schedule

Now obviously you won't follow it all. I know that for sure. But since you asked. So, You go to Doctor after a month and ask him to give you some "MEDICINE"

@DanielsASJ Study a map a bit then. There are people living there and also the point is that you don't need to live exactly on or above the arctic circle to have significantly shorter days in summer. The sunrise in Oslo on midsummer is around 3:53 AM and the sunset around 10:44 PM.
