I have osteoporosis and my hip almost always goes out, it catches and makes me trip. Hard to walk normal

I've already talked to a doctor about. But what can I do to fix this besides a hip replacement?

I'm so sorry.😢
I have it in my spine.. it's irreversible and I get pretty bad flare ups.
Pain relievers and losing weight might help. Omega 3 liquid supplement helped
with the pain for me although takes years of taking them to notice a difference.
which thing are you asking sw for help with fixing that a doctor didn't bring up? the hip itself? if you didn't like doctor answers, I think all you can get from sw is screwball wingnut stuff that will amount to worse than doing nothing. if you're looking for something about mobility itself, perhaps a walker or some sort of motorized something (although I'd guess the doctor mentioned most of these ideas).
