I have osteoporosis and my hip almost always goes out, it catches and makes me trip. Hard to walk normal

I've already talked to a doctor about. But what can I do to fix this besides a hip replacement?

I'm so sorry.😢
I have it in my spine.. it's irreversible and I get pretty bad flare ups.
Pain relievers and losing weight might help. Omega 3 liquid supplement helped
with the pain for me although takes years of taking them to notice a difference.

i dont know if this would help you but ive read black maca powder (gelatinized) helps increase bone density really well. it makes you gain weight though. (that i know is true from experience lol)
