What's the best treatment or alternative medicine I can do for my osteoporosis/osteoarthritis?

I've already been diagnosed from 2 doctors. So I don't need the comments of "Ask your doctor" I just want some new ideas. I'm miserable, can barely walk. I have a hip that catches suddenly and it about makes me trip. My back always hurts. Have major arthritis in my hips and back.
