SLEEEEEP!!! Longer title.

Okay I'm all off kilter. I called it a night at 3am which is my routine. The problem is I haven't slept a wink since and it's about 9:15am and I'm wide awake. My ginger cat is walking all over me like this isn't normal. I know I'm going to crash in the middle of the day and screw up my normal sleep cycle even more. Folks I've been doing this for 2 years before Vickie passed. Four years total. This is OUR routine. I have an annual Medicare health evaluation at my doctor's Wednesday which I've managed to put off for two years. They are going to start dropping patients who don't do it because of Medicare requirements.
I need to get it together before then so I can be rested when I go in.
HELP I'M IN THE TWILIGHT ZONE.

Not good. I had a time before my wife passed when as a caregiver, I was stressed and full of anxiety. All that equals no sleep. After she passed, I also dealt with it for a few months.

Now, I hit the sack between 9-10 pm. I fall asleep within 30 minutes. About every other day, I take 10mg of Indica cannabis gummies. Works like a charm when needed. But generally by changing my routine, my body has adjusted and get 6-8 hours per night routinely. Dramatically increasing my exercise routine was a big help as well.
