Yes, they make you cut out all foods except liquids before the day, and then give you 'ass prep' medication you must take the day before procedure which makes you empty your bowels, so when you get to the doctor your poop chute is spotless and squeaky clean, free of any dingle berries or unfamous turds that would otherwise photo bomb the camera the doc needs to stick in your butt on the day of the show.
