Damn okay hint taken.....yeah I think it's clear now something is up

Random heart rate spikes got me again like it did last week where I nearly went to the hospital. Well I drove there but didn't go in because everything started to improve so I said screw the giant bill and went home. Last week I took a nap and woke up sweating my ass off and felt my heart rate going crazy. It shot to in the 120s waking up from a stupid nap. Well after eating dinner tonight same crap happened except it went to 130 this time. For crying out loud I ate vegetarian chili a veggie dog. It's not like I sat there and ate a whole family sized KFC meal. I felt dizzy and like crap again and drove up to the hospital again and like last time things improved in the lot so I said screw the giant bill and went home.

This is happening too often now it seems for my liking. I don't know what's causing it .. stress? anxiety? something else I don't know but I'm beginning to think something is up. I guess I;ll have to hunt for a primary doctor cause I haven't had one of those in well I don't remember how long. I tend to ignore everything until I can't anymore because here in the USA doctors are expensive and I'm not gonna shell out for sniffles you know?

Go see a doctor or the money that you saved on not seeing a doctor will be paying for your funeral instead.

@HootyTheNightOwl That's what I'm afraid of honestly especially because my mom had a heart attack herself a year ago give or take. Heart issues run in the family and I hope I'm not next.
@buriedalive Look... I'm no doctor - but some things, like high blood pressure for example, can cause what you are describing and you're leaving the possibility uninvestigated.

You can reduce the odds of a heart attack if it's bp related by taking a pill every day. Yet, your fear is getting in the way. Could it be more valuable to you to do this thing that is scaring you to find out what it is or is the alternative a better option for you???

@HootyTheNightOwl I didn't even think of high blood pressure even being an option. That too runs in the family along with diabetes and cancer.
@buriedalive That's why you need to get it identified.
