4th week of Zepbound

I started Zepbound 4 weeks ago and lost 10 pounds. But I get really sick if I eat too much or too much fat. And that part is getting worse. Tonight my dose doubles and I’ll probably not want to eat another meal for the rest of my life. I don’t eat to the point where I see little purple stars from low sugar, but still I’m not hungry. Did you know it’s derived from Gila monster (a type of lizard) venom? Gila monsters have the same substance so their prey becomes weak and lethargic after they bite.
