Goin' to the doctor tomorrow woooo

I've been dizzy lately. It always makes me nervous since that's one of the first symptoms that popped up when my body first attacked my brain.

Probably just anxiety or some random vitamin being off but ya never knowwwwww

(I've also been having panic attacks again, yay!)

Bodies are more trouble than they're worth. 😤

Hey, I'm sorry you're going through it and hope this will be short-lived for you.

Being dizzy sucks so much, and I had to pop in to share my recent experience. My spring allergies kicked in early this year so they caught me off-guard and the first symptom was feeling dizzy/wonky/off-kilter. I didn't feel sick, otherwise, and finally realized what was going on, thank goodness. I usually start using a capsaicin spray near the end of Feb to head it off so I'm playing catch up and nearly normal now. As soon as my nose was really open, I popped my ears and the dizziness went away.

Anyway, hopefully you and your doc can suss it out so that you can feel better soon 🤗

@seaglass I hope so too! I'm already not the most stable as it is with my legs being what they are so dizziness isn't helping much. 😅

Huh, I wonder if my allergies are acting up as well. 🤔 Also wondering if there's something going on with my inner ear that I just can't really sense. I'm glad your dizziness finally went away! Reality is hard enough to navigate without our bodies constantly feeling like they're going to take a dive haha.

@thepeculiarpanda I hear ya! No accidents, Mr. For like two days I had to sit in the shower to wash my hair. Worst place to fall, yikes 😬

If it is allergies, you can probably tell by trying to clear your ears. If it's difficult or squeaky sounding, you may need your choice of treatment. It can sneak up on you. But yeah, you need have anything else ruled out. And I hope the mystery gets solved quickly for you. And do be careful in the meantime; no ass over tea kettle for you, lol

@seaglass No, definitely doing my best to not fall! I already have one metal hip, don't need to add to that collection. 😅

I don't feel stuffy headed or anything, this is more of a vertigo kind of thing. 🤔 Ugh, why can't we have Star Trek technology where they can just wave a scanner over us and immediately diagnose what's wrong?! This is supposed to be the future dammit 😤😂

@thepeculiarpanda Exactly...

They probably do have that for the ultra-rich... they do live 30% longer on avg 😅

Hang in there, take it easy and you'll feel better soon(ish) since you're getting seen. Let us know how it goes 🤗

@seaglass I'm sick of the ultra-rich, it is time to devour them. 😈

I'm doing my best! I think I'm gonna try doing some recording tomorrow, see if doing something productive helps keep my mind off it all. :)

@thepeculiarpanda Yes! 🍴

Nice strategy; distraction helps with so many things in life 😌

@seaglass Doing my best! I just don't even know how to feel anymore, ya know? Life swept my feet out from under me so hard when I was 22 and at almost 37, I don't know what to do or how to feel. I don't know what I want out of life because any time I've tried to achieve something, my body has gotten in the way. It all just feels farcical sometimes. 😅

@thepeculiarpanda Give yourself a break, you're going through something that's got you in a headspace where everything you've been through is at the forefront of your mind.

I'm just trying to cheer you up, because I know how this kinda thing can knock you down. I know you're doing your best! 🤗

@seaglass Yup, it's true. :) I also hold myself to a ridiculous standard that I would never think of holding anyone else to and constantly chastise myself for not reaching it. Comes from growing up with a mother I was never good enough for I think. 🤔

I really appreciate it. :3 I'm so used to living in my head with all the negativity I throw at myself and it's nice to know it isn't deserved. 😅

@thepeculiarpanda Same here...

You deserve to feel well, and you should keep going for it, but yeah... be kind to yourself, as you would to someone you care about who was going through the same thing 😌
