Can a test for uti detect drugs?

I had a test for uti a few days ago and it’s normal but my gp wants me to come in to see her in a week.
I took mushrooms the night before the test.

Do you think she can tell that from the test and wants to talk to me about drugs

A routine UTI test won't detect drugs, but the dtugs might affect the results of the UTI test. Your doctor might see an abnormal result in the test, but it won't show the cause, so she can't tell that drugs are the cause of the abnormalities. She might think about other things that can affect the results, but also might want to retest. Avoid doing drugs just before any medical test.
