Appointment Today
Had my appointment, my yearly check up, on my liver.
I suffer from Alcoholic Cirrhosis Of The Liver, having heavily drank (at my peak, 1.5-2 litres of Vodka per day) for many years. I stopped drinking just over 13 years now.
Anyways, had blood tests before and today was various scans.
Doctors are happy. I'm happy. Things - obviously - won't get any better but everything has been stable. Things haven't got any worse.
So not required for a transplant or anything.
Happy about that. Good start to the year.
