Are you immune to workplace politics by now???

It's crushing me. It's so bad I want to drop out of my postgraduate programme, and start from scratch. It will set me back by almost 7 years....but....I can't deal with workplace politics I'm too dumb to keep up with it. It's highly distressing. I should probably just suck it up and deal with it but I don't know how to pretend it's not happening.
Don't drop out. Talk with a student counselor. "A student counselor is an expert who provides academic, "emotional", and career guidance." Tell them what you said on here, copy it and take it with you. It will be helpful when they ask, "How can I help you?" ❤

Not immune, just jaded.
Office politics are the worst, just say You don't want to get involved and ignore it all, if they try to, take it to HR.

@NativePortlander1970 HR is a joke. it's all rigged.
@assemblingaknob Then take it to the labour board in your community
