What do you do when blood pressure spikes?

I’m on blood pressure tablets but otherwise if they hadn’t picked up on it, I would never knew I had high blood pressure for my age. One small pill a day is fine, I don’t have to control my diet or anything. People try to hard with natural remedies shit.
