What’s worse for your health, smoking tobacco or drinking alcohol ?

They are both bad in their own ways. Even sugar alcohols in fruit and veggies can be harmful to those who are sensitive to them. Tobacco is generally loaded with chemicals to get people hooked on their brands. With some brands like Marlboros it’s about the same as free-basing.

@cherokeepatti Yet the government loads higher taxes on tobacco than alcohol here, kinda weird.

@Nimbus I don’t know how anyone who is lower or middle-class can afford to smoke these days due to the increase in taxes on cigarettes. I know a lot of the younger people started vaping but the chemicals in them can be very toxic especially if they are manufactured in China.

@Nimbus not just the price of them but also the health care costs, which are probably even more expensive in the long run.
